⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I genuinely cannot recommend our realtors enough. We came to them after having a really disappointing experience trying to sell our home with another agent. We had very little traffic, the pricing strategy wasn’t working, and we were starting to wonder how difficult this process was going to be. From the moment we switched, the difference was night and day. Our house wasn’t necessarily the easiest property to sell, but they knew exactly how to position it, price it, and get the right people through the door. Within a remarkably short amount of time, they found what honestly feels like the perfect buyers for our home and got us under contract. What impressed me most, though, was how they handled everything after the offer. Selling a house is never completely smooth, and we definitely had some bumps along the way — including our HVAC deciding that the inspection was apparently the perfect time to stop cooperating. 😅 Every time something came up, they stayed calm, positive, responsive, and focused on finding a solution instead of adding to the stress. They were knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly personable and charismatic. We never felt like we were just another listing. They communicated with us, advocated for us, helped us navigate problems as they happened, and kept everything moving toward closing while we were also juggling an out-of-state move. After going through this process twice, I can honestly say that the right realtor makes an enormous difference, and we are incredibly grateful that we found ours. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable, and we truly could not have asked for a better team to get our family through this sale and onto our next chapter. If you’re considering buying or selling, I would recommend them without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. ❤️

First time selling a home and I couldn't have gotten any luckier when matched up with the Guthrie Group. They were absolutely amazing. I had to move out in a short notice for work and they handle all of the headaches for me. I moved several states away and that was no issue for them at all.
